APSMHA is Hiring 10 People Right Now

Arunachal Pradesh State Mental Health Authority (APSMHA) has opened 10 job positions. These are called Non-official Member posts. The notification came out on 14 August 2026. You can apply offline (by hand, not online) until 15 September 2026.

APSMHA is looking for different types of people:

• Mental Health Professional - 1 post
• Psychiatric Social Worker - 1 post
• Clinical Psychologist - 1 post
• Mental Health Nurse - 1 post
• Persons who have had mental illness - 2 posts
• People representing caregivers of persons with mental illness - 2 posts
• People from NGOs (non-government organizations) that help persons with mental illness - 2 posts

Total: 10 posts

Who Can Apply?

The eligibility depends on which post you want.

For Mental Health Professionals:

• Psychiatrist with a post-graduation degree or diploma AND 15 years of experience
• Post-graduation in Social Work OR MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work AND 15 years of experience
• Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology OR PG with MPhil AND 15 years of experience
• Diploma or degree in general or psychiatric nursing AND 15 years of experience

For Other Positions:

• Persons who have or have had mental illness can apply for 2 posts
• Caregivers representing persons with mental illness can apply for 2 posts
• People from NGOs serving persons with mental illness can apply for 2 posts
