Age is calculated as on the last date of application (22 September 2026). Candidates from SC/ST get 5 years age relaxation, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) get 3 years, and Ex-Servicemen get relaxation as per government rules.

What Is the Selection Process?

The Army will select candidates through multiple stages:

1. Written Examination - Objective type multiple choice questions
2. Physical Efficiency Test - Where applicable for your post
3. Typing Test - Only for Junior Office Assistant position
4. Document Verification - Check your certificates
5. Medical Examination - Final health check

Your final selection will depend mainly on your written exam score, provided you pass all other tests and the medical exam.
