FSI is Hiring 4 People for Skilled Trade Jobs

Fishery Survey of India (FSI) has announced 4 job openings. They are looking for people to work as Senior Deckhand-cum-Cook, Carpenter, Machinist, and Welder. This is a full-time job with a monthly salary between Rs. 5,200 to Rs. 20,200.

Who Can Apply?

You need to meet certain conditions to apply. Here's what each post requires:

Senior Deckhand-cum-Cook

• Pass 10th standard from a recognized school
• Have 5 years of experience as a cook (preferably on a fishing vessel or ship)

Carpenter

• Pass SSLC (10th standard) or equivalent
• Have an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in Carpentry Trade

Machinist

• Pass SSLC or SSC (10th standard or equivalent)
• Have an ITI Certificate in Machinist trade

Welder

• Pass SSLC or SSC (10th standard or equivalent)
• Have an ITI Certificate in Welding trade

Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 30 years
• If you work for the government, you can be up to 5 years older (up to 35 years)
