Photo and Document Requirements

Photograph

Signature

• Draw a box of 2 cm × 7 cm on A4 paper
• Sign inside this box using black or blue pen in normal handwriting

Thumb Impression

• Draw a box of 3 cm × 5 cm on A4 paper
• Press your left thumb inside this box
