IDBI Bank Opens Specialist Officer Positions for 2026-27

IDBI Bank is hiring Specialist Officers at different levels for the year 2026-27. These are permanent jobs in a major government bank. There are two separate advertisement rounds with different posts and deadlines.

What Posts Are Available?

IDBI is recruiting for three main levels:

• Manager - Grade B
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Grade C
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Grade D
• Junior Assistant Manager - Grade O (in one advertisement only)
• Service Security Officer (in one advertisement only)

How Many Positions Open?

There are two separate recruitment drives:

Advertisement No. 08/2025-26

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)

Your age and experience must match your chosen post:

Manager - Grade B

• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Experience: 4 years minimum

Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Grade C

• Age: 28 to 40 years
• Experience: 7 years minimum

Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Grade D

• Age: 35 to 45 years
• Experience: 10 years minimum

Junior Assistant Manager - Grade O

• Age: Maximum 50 years
• Experience: 15 years in Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force

Salary and Pay Scales

Here's what you'll earn at each level:

• Deputy General Manager - Grade D: ₹102,300 to ₹120,940 per month
• Assistant General Manager - Grade C: ₹85,920 to ₹105,280 per month
• Manager - Grade B: ₹64,820 to ₹93,960 per month
• Junior Assistant Manager - Grade O: CTC between ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh per year
