What is This Exam?

Pondicherry University has released the official time table for IV Year MBBS Supplementary Examinations for July 2026. Registration closes on 21.07.2026, so you must complete your online registration before this date. If you miss this, you won't be able to take the exam. Payment details need to be submitted by 22.07.2026. Hall tickets (your entry pass to the exam) will be ready from 24.07.2026 onwards.

Exam Timing and Schedule

When Will the Exams Happen?

All theory exams will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (morning session only). You must reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam starts, which means by 9:00 AM.

What Are the Exam Dates?

Theory exams will run from 27.07.2026 to 10.08.2026. Here's the subject-wise schedule for IV Year students (2021-22 batch onwards):

• 27.07.2026 (Monday) - General Medicine-I
• 28.07.2026 (Tuesday) - General Medicine-II
• 30.07.2026 (Thursday) - General Surgery-I
• 31.07.2026 (Friday) - General Surgery-II
• 03.08.2026 (Monday) - Obstetrics & Gynaecology-I
• 04.08.2026 (Tuesday) - Obstetrics & Gynaecology-II

Practical exams will start from 13.08.2026 (this date is tentative and may change).

Exam Centres

There are two main exam centres:

• IGMC&RI Puducherry - for students from SVMCH, PIMS, IGMC&RI, and SMVMCH
• Pondicherry University Port Blair Campus - for students from ANIIMS

How to Apply Online

Step 1: Register Online

Open the official Pondicherry University website. Look for the online registration link for IV MBBS Supplementary Exams. Registration opens on 18.07.2026 and closes on 21.07.2026.

Step 2: Fill Your Details

Enter your roll number, name, college name, and other required information. Make sure all details are correct before submitting.

Step 3: Submit Payment Details

Submit your payment details to the University by 22.07.2026. Check the official notification for fee amount and payment method.

Step 4: Get Your Hall Ticket

From 24.07.2026 onwards, download your hall ticket (admit card) from the same portal. Print it and keep it safe. You must carry it to the exam centre.

Step 5: Report at Exam Centre

Reach your exam centre at least 1 hour before the exam time (by 9:00 AM). Bring your hall ticket and valid ID.
