Ravi's mother's father = Ravi's grandfather. His son = Ravi's uncle. His daughter = Ravi's cousin.

Mother's only son = the man himself. His son's wife = his daughter-in-law. His daughter-in-law's daughter = his granddaughter or in simpler terms, his daughter through relation. Actually, it's his daughter directly.
