1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iget.in, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You agree to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
• You will use iget.in in compliance with all applicable laws of India

If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using iget.in immediately.

2About Our Service

iGET provides free online MCQ practice questions, mock tests, syllabus information, and exam preparation content for Indian competitive exams including (but not limited to):

• Civil Services — UPSC IAS, NDA, CDS
• Staff Selection — SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD
• Banking — IBPS PO/Clerk, SBI, RBI, NABARD
• Railway — RRB NTPC, Group D, ALP
• Engineering & Medical — JEE Main/Advanced, NEET UG/PG
• State PSCs — BPSC, UPPSC, MPPSC, TNPSC and others
• Teaching — CTET, state TET exams

3Free Service & Funding

iGET is completely free for all users. There are:

• No subscription fees, premium tiers, or hidden charges
• No trial periods that convert to paid
• No coaching institute funnels or paid courses

We fund the platform exclusively through Google AdSense advertisements displayed on the site. Ad revenue covers our hosting, domain, and operational costs. By using iget.in, you acknowledge that ads will be shown to you.

4User Accounts

Registration is optional. You can practice questions and take tests without creating an account. Registration only saves your progress and scores.

If you choose to register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information (real name, valid email)
• Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@iget.in if you suspect unauthorized access

Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account anytime by emailing support@iget.in. Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5Acceptable Use

You may use iGET for:

• Personal exam preparation and learning
• Practicing MCQs and taking mock tests
• Reading our blog posts, syllabus guides, and study tips
• Sharing iget.in links with friends, classmates, or study groups
• Bookmarking and saving questions for personal study
• Providing feedback or reporting errors via support@iget.in

We encourage you to use iGET as a study companion alongside official sources and standard exam preparation materials.

6Prohibited Activities

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content from iget.in
• Bulk downloading questions, mock tests, or study materials
• Attempting to bypass security measures, hack, or compromise site integrity
• Reselling, republishing, or commercially distributing our content without written permission
• Creating derivative products (apps, websites, PDFs) based on our content
• Impersonating iGET, MD Arif Reza, or any other user
• Posting spam, malware, or harmful links via any feedback channel
• Engaging in activities that violate Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the site or its servers
• Conducting market research or competitive analysis without permission
• Manipulating advertisements (e.g., click fraud) — this also violates Google AdSense policies

7Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

We work hard to keep iget.in content accurate and up-to-date, but:

If you find an error, please report it to support@iget.in. We aim to fix verified errors within 24 hours.

8Intellectual Property

All original content created by iGET — including original explanations, blog posts, page layouts, design, code, branding, and curated MCQ sets — is owned by MD Arif Reza and protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.

Public domain content: Many MCQs on iget.in are sourced from previous year question papers (PYQs) of public examinations, which are in the public domain. These are compiled and organized for educational use.

Limited personal license: You may use iget.in content for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish content on other websites, apps, or PDFs
• Sell or commercially exploit our content
• Remove copyright notices or branding from our materials
• Use our content to train competing AI/ML models

9Third-Party Content & Links

iget.in may contain:

10Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to iget.in if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• You engage in any prohibited activity (Section 6)
• Your activity threatens the security or stability of the platform
• Required by law or legitimate legal process

For minor violations, we will typically issue a warning via email before suspension. For severe violations (hacking, scraping, fraud), suspension may be immediate and without notice.

You may also voluntarily delete your account anytime by emailing support@iget.in.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

iGET is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The content is 100% accurate, complete, or current
• Use of iget.in will result in exam success or improved scores
• The site will be free of viruses or harmful components

Use of iget.in is at your own discretion and risk.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MD Arif Reza, iGET, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use iget.in
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
• Exam-related decisions made based on iget.in content
• Temporary downtime or service interruptions
• Loss of data, scores, or test progress
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party content or advertisements

Since iGET is a free service, our total liability in any matter shall not exceed ₹100 (one hundred Indian Rupees).

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MD Arif Reza, iGET, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of iget.in or our content
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the site (feedback, comments, reports)

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make changes:

• We update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, registered users will be notified by email
• We may display a notice on the site for a reasonable period

Continued use of iget.in after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of iget.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
